When you are self employed you can write lots of stuff off on taxes, and you do have to pay income tax on any income you earn, so be sure to put away 10% of your monthly income for taxes.

You can write of lots of things, business meeting dinners, travel, home repairs, office supplies, office space, If you use your house you can write off a % of your home space, utilities, maintenance expenses & equipment to run your business.

If you drive to different locations you can write of gas and vehicle expenses as well.

For a full list of what you can write off I suggest contacting a professional accountant that knows all the in an outs of taxes.

The last thing you want is trouble with the government so be sure to do this professionally and you can write of the accountant fees as well.

Your an “online content creator”

Final thoughts.

You can start a YouTube channel and post your videos if you get enough followers and watch hrs you can get monetized these are for the most part not to hard to do on youtube but over the years youtube has cut monetization to almost nothing.

I suggest doing youtube as a last thing for extra passive income.

Youtube is very stressful They can boost you up and take is away whenever they want and they do .. so don’t put all your eggs in one basket.

Start with what I know works and then if you decide to do youtube, remember if it gets to be to stressful to walk away from it.

Life is short and not worth wasting your time on things that don’t work.

Be ready to try new things and don’t get discouraged if things don’t work. you have a lot of trial and error before you find things that work for you.

Ps- always remember you are going to have people that like you and people that don’t so don’t pay much attention to comments, you can block and remove things you don’t like, but don’t take all the negative or abusive comments to heart. The issue is theirs not yours.
