I was doing this after my brain aneurysm so I look tired, and I was, but the key is to stretch even when you don’t feel like it, the body works out the tension as you breath, this aids in your daily mobility.You get stronger with each day you do it. just go slow listen to your body. Don’t over do it so that you hurt for a week afterwards.
