Restorative Yoga Day 11

Welcome to Day 11

Opening the hips.

Doing these stretches every day is so important.

They keep your inner and outter thighs stretched.

It opens the glutes and in turn you stretch and open the lower part of your back.

When you come out of the stretch rest in childs pose to further open and release the entire spine.

Relax your heart, reduce your stress and tension.

When your body is relaxed, you are relaxed.
