Restorative Yoga Day 2
Welcome to Day 2.
It is important that you take time to work through each area of your body.
It is a full body repair that is required to fix the pain and inflammation.
So continue to stretch each day in the areas of the videos.
These stretches work.
If you need to modify to fit your own range of mobility please do.
Every person is different, so use, pillows, yoga blocks, or blankets.
You can also do them sitting or on your bed.
Be patient and again go slow.
Keep all your muscles engaged to prevent injury and to strengthen each muscle group.
