Welcome to Day 12
As you increase your hip mobility shift your attention to your chest and shoulder blades.
This series of stretches is the most effective way to realign your entire spine, open your shoulders and chest muscles.
in the beginning only roll onto the arm.
This is a very intense stretch so all your attention is going to go on breathing and allowing the body to relax.
as you progress you will see the amazing benefits of this healing stretch.
If your mind wanders, remember your intention, bring your thoughts back to the breath and just relax.
Aim for 8 – 12 breaths.
