Welcome To Day 5
Often when we wake up in the morning our body is tight and sore.
This is because we sleep in the same position for and extended period.
It can also be caused from a pillow that does not support the neck properly.
or from sleeping on your side or stomach. which are bad for the spine alignment.
If at all possible try sleeping on your back .
Invest in a pillow that supports the neck, but does not lift it to an upward angle.
Put a pillow bedside you so you don’t turn over on your stomach.
If you sleep your stomach, your neck is turned at a an angle that cuts of blood flow to the brain.
It causes neck and shoulder pain and could lead to having a stroke.
Drink a small glass of water before bed to keep inflammation down.
Avoid sugar, smoking, drugs and alcohol, these add to inflammation and body pain.
