Welcome To Day 14
Once you are comfortable stretching on the bed move back to the floor to go deeper in your stretching.
The floor is soft, the floor is solid so you get an even deeper stretch.
Again always listen to your body and only stretch as far as it feels comfortable.
Your goal in this stretch is to get both hands touching together behind your back.
NO Way , you may think but it can and will be done.. just be patient, breath and relax.
The pose comes with your patience and determination.
