Stretching your sides, opens your hips.

It also opens your ribcage and spine.

This simple more can heal bulging disc, or herniated disc.

Which is caused from using one side of the body more than the other side.

Or from repetitive movements you usually do at work.

When this happens you get one side of your spine that is squished and the other side is extended.

To fix it, stretch both side to level out the bulge, and relieve the pain.

Elongating the spine and stretching out the hamstrings every day will heal this injury and keep it from returning.
