Each video has a different series of stretches, these work together to stretch out different areas of your body.

Taking time for just a few minutes each day gets stuck tendons moving again.

Strengthens muscles and increases your flexibility.

Once you get in the habit of stretching each day, it become a part of your day.

Once you feel the difference in your body pain you will want to keep doing the stretches each day.
