Welcome To Day 13
Here we move to the bed for the second round of shoulder opener and spine realignment.
The bed is the most comfortable place to move deeper into theis stretch.
Again only go as far as you feel comfortable.
It may take several weeks or months to get your body aligned so listen to your body and be patient.
Each time you practice this stretch you will feel an amazing difference in your body.
