Welcome To Day 15
Congratulations you made it through to the end.
If you find the floor to hard to stretch on, to get your hands together.
Return to the bed.
This is the easiest place to achieve the hands together.
It is more comfortable than the floor and you can really just close your eyes,
and concentrate on nice deep relaxing breaths,
allowing the body to sink into the mattress and open all the joints.
I really hope you enjoyed this restorative course.
Hopefully you are 100% more mobile and pain free.
